Join Claire Drucker, poet, and Annie Danberg, artist, for an outdoor exploration of the inner landscape through writing and drawing.  The emphasis is on exploring the creative process through a variety of expressive exercises designed to awaken your senses and entice your imagination.  People with all levels of experience are welcome.

What to bring: sun hat, water bottle and a notebook and writing implement.

Claire Drucker is an English instructor at SRJC and has taught poetry and other forms of creative writing there for over 10 years. She also teaches poetry to children in the public schools through CA Poets in the Schools and has been published in numerous journals, such as Epiphany, Women Artists Datebook and Puerto del Sol.

Annie Danberg is a lifelong artist whose classes and workshops serve to nurture the creative spirit and inspire the imagination of people of all ages and artistic ability. She studied painting for process with Stewart Cubley, coauthor of Life, Paint and Passion, and co-founder of the Painting Experience. Annie currently facilitates Painting Experience classes and workshops, helping people to achieve creative and psychological breakthroughs via expressive painting.
